Meet Gio Sardo.

I’m Gio Sardo, the Client Engagement Specialist at Z Family Law. I bring a wealth of experience in customer service and sales, having worked across various industries, including professional sports, telecommunications, and insurance. My background as a certified PCM (Process Communications Model) Coach and Trainer allows me to effectively connect with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed with empathy and clarity. I’ve been using these talents to help individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges and improve communication since 2022. 

Since 2020, I’ve also been a Business Coach, helping entrepreneurs develop their skills and scale their businesses to reach and surpass their goals!

Just like Z Family Law, I work hard to help people and businesses create new and beautiful beginnings!

What drew me to Z Family Law was the firm’s mission, vision, and authenticity. At ZFL, "We create new beginnings" is more than just a catchphrase; it's a genuine commitment that is felt in every interaction with team members and clients alike. The firm’s dedication to truly caring about clients aligns perfectly with my own values, making ZFL a place where I am proud to work.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, cooking, working out, reading, and listening to music. Volunteering as a coach for my daughter’s soccer team and my son’s baseball team allows me to combine my love for sports with my passion for mentoring young minds. I’m also developing my passion and knowledge for Whisky!
